We stand behind our service. If you're not satisfied with TinyTrack, request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
1. Eligibility
Refunds are available for:
- First-time purchases of Pro or Business plans
- Requests made within 14 days of the initial payment
- Annual or monthly subscriptions
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at [email protected] with your account email
- Include your reason for the refund (optional but appreciated)
- We'll process your request within 2-3 business days
3. Refund Processing
Once approved:
- Your refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your bank
- You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund is processed
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
4. What's Not Eligible
Refunds are not available for:
- Requests made after 14 days of purchase
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Renewals of existing subscriptions (cancel before renewal instead)
- Free plan users (no payment, no refund needed)
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will automatically downgrade to Free
6. Special Circumstances
We may consider refunds beyond the 14-day window in exceptional cases such as:
- Extended service outages affecting your usage
- Billing errors
- Medical emergencies or hardship

7. Pro-Rated Refunds
For annual plans canceled within the first 14 days, you'll receive a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion and may be pro-rated based on time used.
